What information will you need to send me a Bank Wire?
To withdraw by bank wire to a bank account in your name simply log into your William Hill account and choose the following option :

My Account > Make A Withdrawal

Information required for Bank Wires:
Bank Name & Address - We need the complete bank address inc. post code & country

IBAN - Please include the full International Bank Account Number. This will be on your bank statement.

BIC - Please include the full Bank Identifier Code. This will also be on your bank statement.

Account Holder's Name - This must match exactly with your name on the bank account

Amount - Please specify the amount you wish to withdraw from your account

William Hill Account No. - Please include your account number so that we can process your request

There is currently no charge by William Hill for bank wire withdrawals however this is subject to change should an administrative fee be required by the bank in the future.

Your bank may make a charge for handling the bank wire - please consult your local branch regarding this.

Please note that, for security reasons, you may need to provide documentation to allow the bank wire to be processed.

From 1st January 2007, all cross-border Euro payments require that IBAN and BIC codes are used. If these are not used, your bank may refuse payment.

How do I withdraw by cheque (check)?

Any Changes will be sent securely using SSL encryption and registered in your account for future Cheque payments.

Cheque withdrawal rules/information:

Cheques can only be made payable to the named account holder.
Cheques can only be sent to clients depositing by cheque / bank wire unless otherwise approved by our Finance Department.
If any changes are made to the payment form before a Cheque is requested, the payment will be sent to our Fraud team for approval before any withdrawal is processed. The withdrawal will still be deducted from your balance, pending full approval.
William Hill will not levy any charges for a cheque payment, however, you may incur charges from your bank. These charges are Bank dependant and may also incur currency conversion fees.
The minimum withdrawal is £25, and the maximum withdrawal is £100,000 (Or currency equivalent).
Your cheque will be processed and dispatched via first class mail within 2 working days of your request.
In certain situations we may require relevant documents to be produced as proof of Identification.

Quick Cash

How Do I Withdraw By William Hill Quick Cash?

There are 4 steps to withdrawing by William Hill Quick Cash :
Step 1 : In the spaces provided, enter the amount you want to withdraw and your password then click on the Withdraw Funds button.
Step 2 : Click on Print Voucher. Please remember the amount you are withdrawing as this is essential when you collect your money.
Step 3 : Go to any of the William Hill Shop locations*.
Step 4 : Hand over your voucher. You will be asked to confirm the amount linked to the withdrawal.

Important

On your withdrawal voucher, you will see the unique 19 digit code which the shop will need to process the withdrawal. Without this 19 digit code the shop assistant will not be able to process your withdrawal.

You will not see the amount of the withdrawal on the voucher for security reasons but you will be asked to confirm the withdrawal amount in the shop. Without confirmation of the amount, the withdrawal cannot be processed.

When in the shop, you may be asked to provide identification in the form of the debit card you used when depositing or a passport/driving licence.

If withdrawing a large sum of money, you may be asked by the shop manager to return either later that day or the next working day as the full amount may not be available for collection (applicable usually to withdrawal amounts of 500 GBP or more only).

Quick Cash withdrawals are only available for clients having deposited via Quick Cash and withdrawing winnings. If you have deposited with a different payment type then you will need to withdraw all previous deposits via that same method.

Only one Quick Cash withdrawal per client per day can be processed so please ensure that you withdraw the full amount you require the same day.

All Quick Cash vouchers have an expiry date of 3 months from creation.
