New Poker Software

A brand new version of the William Hill Poker software is now available. Your current software will automatically be updated when you next open it and you may find that it takes a little bit longer to load as it makes the update. Here we explain what changes you’ll see in the software and the benefits they bring:

GBP Tables

You have all been asking for them and now they are here - GBP and Euro tables are back.

With the new multicurrency tables we now offer, you can now play at William Hill Poker on GBP, EURO and USD tables.

This means that there is no need to convert deposit currency to table currency. Simply deposit and play in the same currency.

To get to the new tables easily you can use the table filter and choose your desired currency from the options offered – see below:

New Look William Hill Poker Lobby

Lobby - look and feel changes

We now have two different ways in which you can view the lobby information. The original three-pane view and a new two-pane view. You can choose between either view by selecting the relevant pane icon in the upper left area of the lobby:

The new view includes all the info the old view contains. Additionally, when clicking on a table / tournament, more information about the table will appear below the chosen row. Details include:

Player names for all players currently in the table. Players either in the buddy list or with notes are marked as such.
Player funds for each player currently in the table.
Amount of overall money currently in the table (overall chips).
Join table button.
Join waiting list button.
Waiting player’s indicator. If there are players waiting for the table, a link displaying the number of players waiting appears. If the player is also in the waiting list, the link will also display the player’s position in the queue. Hovering over the link displays the names of players in the queue instead of the players in the table. Moving the mouse away from the link, will displayed the players in the table again.

New 2 panel icon language

the new 2 panel lobby includes new icon definitions, which will help players find the table of their choosing much faster. The new icons are listed here:

Traditional 3 Pane view

In the old table view, selecting a table or tournament opens the relevant info at the right side of the table. In this view, a list of the first ten players currently playing in the table and/or in the waiting list is displayed.
