General Promotion Terms And Conditions

Promotions are intended as a bonus to loyal players, and to attract new end users to the Poker Room. The Poker Room encourages end users to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse of a promotion that comes to the attention of the Poker Room may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotion.

1. Unless otherwise indicated, each promotion is available only once per end user. The identity of an end user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, the Poker Room and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to limit the number of bonuses that may be given to any one participant
2. The Poker Room and/or its authorised agent may, in their sole discretion, limit the eligibility of end users or of any one end user to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of end users to participate in promotions
3. The Poker Room and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to end users, using reasonable efforts to provide such notice in advance. The Poker Room and/or its authorised agent shall not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by end users
4. Promotions are intended to be used in the calendar month in which they are given. The Poker Room and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to remove promotional funds if the promotion requirements are not fulfilled within the same month, or in the event of account inactivity
5. The Poker Room and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which the Poker Room and/or its authorised agent in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, the Poker Room and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user(s) to the promotion
6. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Poker Room will be considered final
7. The Get Paid To Play promotion will be available effective 2nd January, 2003

Get Paid To Play Terms And Conditions

To participate in the Get Paid To Play promotion, simply play poker in the William Hill poker room. For every complete hour, you will be credited £5 by the following day after the completion of your playing session. There is a maximum payout of 5 (five) hours. Promotion months are based around EST timings.

Tournament play does not qualify for the Get Paid To Play promotion, nor does play on tables below 1.00/2.00 limit tables or below 0.50/1.00 pot-limit/no-limit tables (in any currency).

This offer is available on a one time basis per player, regardless of the number of accounts. William Hill Poker reserves the right to end the scheme without notice.

Bad Beat Promotion Terms And Conditions

1. Bad Beats are paid out on real money games only
2. Texas Holdem - any four of a kind Jacks or better beat. Both hole cards must be used in both winning and losing hand
3. 7 Card Stud, Omaha Hi and Omaha Hi-Lo - any four of a kind Jacks or better beat. At least two down cards must be used in both the winning and losing hand
4. The winning and losing hand must go to a showdown
5. 3 or more players must be dealt into the hand
6. 3 Aces on the board does not qualify
7. Players sitting out do not qualify
8. In the event that two qualifying Jackpot hands are hit at exactly the same time, the lower hand number will be awarded first, and the hand with the higher number will be awarded second on whichever is higher of the remaining jackpot or a percentage of the £1,500/$2,500 starting fund
9. The time used will be the time stamped by our servers that appears on every hand history
10. Players must play their hands independently and cannot tell opponents how to act or reveal their hand to other players. Violations will disqualify the hand for the Jackpot
