Collusion

William Hill Poker’s Anti-Collusion Policy

Collusion refers to a situation in which two or more players form a secret agreement at the expense of other players on the same table. Plainly, it is a form of cheating.

William Hill Poker is opposed to all forms of collusion, and as an effort to prevent it, has employed advanced collusion-detecting software. This software is designed to analyze the different players at a table with reference to ways in which they play, how they bet, and if they are playing together, and checks for irregular betting patterns. Furthermore, it logs all the game information in our database, so that the activity can be searched for suspicious patterns of Poker-play.

If one of our players is suspected of, or found to be participating in any form of collusion, William Hill Casino reserves the right to permanently close his/her account and further withhold any funds it may contain.
