The survivors from both sellout start days combined today to play from 172 all the way down to the money; which starts at 40th place and rewards those who make it that far with 63,259 DKK (GBP 6,406). Leading the field after the first levels of play were Danish players Lars Madsen, Allan Baekke and Peter Eastgate, as well as young Norwegian Trond Eidsvig and Canadian Tommy Pavlicek. Despite leading at one point during the day, yo-yoing Swede Ola Brandborn didn't make the money, but permanently well stacked young American Joseph Serock as well as Patrik Andersson and Rasmus Nielsen are among the top chip counts going into the third day.

It took almost exactly eight one-hour levels to reach the bubble; among those who only just missed the money were Jonas Lennartsson and Leroy Soesman, with the bubble itself being shared by Claus Tversted and Haward Speer who were eliminated during the same hand on different tables.

The last remaining UK players didn't get quite that far; Stuart Rutter and Barny Boatman exiting pre dinner break and heading either out into the spectacularly foggy city or into the cash/sit'n'go area set up in a different part of the Casino; part of the largest hotel in the country, incidentally.

Day Three will see a redraw of five tables of eight, one of which will be featured on the EPT live feed (with accompanying multilingual commentary) but the rest of which will be covered live all day from 2pm (1pm UK time) by the blonde live Update Team.
