Choosing A Tournament

Click on either the Single-Table or Multi-Table Tournaments tab and a list of tournaments will be displayed.

Name

This is the name used to identify the tournament.

Game

This is the type of poker to be played in the tournament. For example, Texas Hold'em, 7 Card Stud, Omaha High, Omaha High / Low.

# Players

The second number is the maximum number of players allowed at the table.

Before a tournament has started, the first number indicates the number of players that have registered for that specific tournament. During tournament play it shows how many players are currently active.

At the end of the tournament, this number will be zero.

Fee

To enter a tournament a player must first pay both the Entry Fee and the House Fee.

The first number in this column, the Entry Fee, is the amount of money charged to the player to enter a tournament. The entire Entry Fee is contributed to the prize pool.

The second number, the House Fee, is the sum paid to the house for hosting the tournament.

Status

Indicates the stage of the tournament. For example, Reg Starts in xx min, Waiting for Reg, Registering, Waiting to Open, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled.

Table Information Window

To find out more details, click on the line of a particular tournament. The table information will be displayed in the right hand window.

Starting Chips

Amount of money credited to the tournament account of all players at the beginning of play.

Levels

Number of different minimum and maximum wagering thresholds during the life of a tournament. The wagering thresholds increase with every successive level.

Games Per Level

Maximum number of games played per level.

Prize pool Total amount available to be won by tournament participants including a breakdown by ranking.
