- The first prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat.
- By playing or winning the APT Macau Super Satellite you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Macau in order to play at the APT Macau. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
- Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
- The William Hill Poker Manager decision is final.
- The William Hill Poker Irish Winter Festival promotion (the "Promotion") is promoted, operated and hosted at http://poker.williamhill.com (the "Website"), by WHG Trading Limited and WHG (International) Limited ("William Hill") limited companies registered in and operating from Gibraltar. - In the event of any decision or dispute regarding to the validity of any entry, the eligibility of any entrant and the eligibility for the Promotion, the decision of William Hill will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The entrant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
