Bad Beat Bonus Rules

These are the conditions under which our Bad Beat Bonus is awarded to players:

• Qualifying hands must be JJJJ or better and be beaten
• The winning and losing hands in the game must be comprised of both pocket-cards
• The hand must be beaten in a Texas Hold’em ring game only
• An email must be sent to Support@WilliamHillPoker.com informing us of your bad beat so that the bonus can be claimed.
