- The New Depositors Tournaments are staged weekly, with each tournament awarding one package. Players should check the tournament schedule in the William Hill Poker software for exact tournament details.
- After each tournament, winners will be contacted by William Hill Poker with details of their prize.
- Purchase of the prizes packages will be made during the month following that, that the prize package was won.
- Special arrangements will be made for players who live in locations where a purchase/delivery of a LAPTOP / Sony Handycam / Sony PS3 game / Nintendo Wii game / Canon Digicam G9 / Samsung phone Omnia is difficult.
- By entering the New Depositors Freeroll Tournaments, players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.

- William Hill Poker management reserves the right to deny entry to the New Depositors Freeroll Tournament and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
