The details stored are those at the time just before disconnection, and the hand you were playing can be continued upon reconnection. Your playing chips can be reloaded every five minutes by simply leaving your current table, going to the Cashier and clicking on ‘Reload play chips’. You must have less than 1,000 chips left in order to be eligible. If you do, then your chip balance will be automatically reset to 1,000 and you will be able to play instantly!
All the game results are generated using a Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG creates randomness in results by comparing long sequences of numbers with selected statistical distributions. This is regularly tested for efficiency, and if any of the tests show results outside of the theoretical limits of an RNG, then it is not used. Our current RNG has been tested for randomness using a sequence of no less than 300,000,000 (three hundred million) digits.
