Email Filtering

William Hill Poker offers a multitude of bonuses, promotions, raffles and tournaments to make your online gambling experience that much more enjoyable. Yet in order to stay in-the-know on our latest offers, you have to be able to receive our emails. This means changing your anti-spam settings and adding our addresses to your safe list, so that our emails are not accidentally filtered out. You can do this by following the simple steps listed below, which takes no more than a few short minutes:

Changing Your Email Filtering Options

There is a different way for adding email addresses to your safe-list for every email provider or mail client software. Simply find the program you use to send and receive emails from the list below, and follow the relevant steps:

Microsoft Outlook

1. Click on “address book” in the tools menu.
2. Select “New entry” and then “New contact” from under the file. This opens up a new window.
3. In the “Full name” field type “William Hill Poker”, and then add the following email addresses to the address box: promo@williamhillpoker.com, support@williamhillpoker.com.
4. Save your changes and close the window.

Gmail

Sign into your Gmail account.

1. Click on the “contacts” tab and then choose “Add contacts”.
2. Type “William Hill Poker” into the name box.
3. Enter these email addresses into the mail box: support@williamhillpoker.com, promo@williamhillpoker.com.
4. Finish by clicking on “Add Contact”.

MSN Hotmail

Log into your Hotmail account.

1. Click on the “Options” icon, then on “Junk email protection”, and then on “Safe list”.
2. Enter these William Hill Poker email addresses into your safe list: support@williamhillpoker.com , promo@williamhillpoker.com.
3. Check your junk email folder -  if it already contains emails from us then select them and click on “This is not junk mail” in order to avoid them being sent there in the future.

AOL Email

AOL offers two different ways by which to safe list our email notifications to you:

• Method One:

1. Sign into your AOL mailbox.
2. Go to “Keyword: Spam controls: version 9.0”
3. Open the most recent email sent to you by us.
4. Add the William Hill Poker email address to your “People I Know List” by clicking on the “Add address” button located on the right of the screen.

• Method Two:

1. Open an email sent to you by us.
2. Press the “Reply” button, located in the top right corner of the screen. This will open a new window in which the email address in the “Send to” box will be incorrect.
3. Replace the address with support@williamhillpoker.com and click on “Send”.
4. Repeat step c. yet now with this address: promo@williamhillpoker.com
5. Our email addresses will now be added to your “People I Know List”.

Yahoo Mail

1. Log into your Yahoo Mail account.
2. Click on the “Options” tab located on the screen’s right, and then select “Mail Options”.
3. From the list, choose “Filters and then “Add Filters”.
4. Make sure that in the pull down menu of the top row, which labelled “From header”, the word “Contains” is selected.
5. Add the William Hill Poker email addressed: support@williamhillpoker.com,  promo@williamhillpoker.com.
6. The bottom of the screen will display the option “Move the message to:” – from the pull down menu, select “Inbox”.
7. Click again on “Add filter”. Our emails should now be safe listed.
8. If for whatever reason our emails have been moved to your “Bulk” folder, please click on the “This is not spam” icon next to the “From” box.
