The William Hill Poker Side Games Freeroll promotion (the "Promotion") is promoted, operated and hosted at http://www.WilliamHillPoker.com (the "Website"), by WHG Trading Limited and WHG (International) Limited ("William Hill") limited companies registered in and operating from Gibraltar. It is a condition of entry of the Promotion that these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") together with the terms and conditions of the Website (together referred to as the "Promotion Terms") are accepted, and by entering into the Promotion the entrant accepts and agrees to abide by the Promotion Terms. In the case of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Website terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. The Promotion is only open to people aged 18 or over and resident in jurisdictions in which online poker gambling is not banned by applicable law (if any). 5. In the event of any decision or dispute regarding to the validity of any entry, the eligibility of any entrant and the eligibility for the Promotion, the decision of William Hill Poker will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
6. These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The entrant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. The $25 stake must be on any casino side game from within the Poker lobby.
8. William Hill Poker will give you a token to gain entry to the next available $1,500 Side Game Freeroll Poker held on Fridays at19:30 (UK).
9. Only stakes made on the William Hill Poker lobby side-games qualify for this offer.
10. The $1,500 Freeroll is held on every Friday of the month, culminating with the $5,000 Freeroll on the last Friday of the month. To qualify for the $1,500 Freerolls, you must reach the $25 stake requirement for each one between 00.00 UK on the Wednesday of the previous week to 23.59 UK on the Wednesday of the current week of that particular $1,500 Freeroll. To qualify for the $5,000 Freeroll you must have staked at least $50 between 00.00 UK on the first day of the month and 23.59 UK on the last Wednesday of the month. Only side game play started and finished within this period will qualify for this promotion.
11. Side Games Freeroll tokens will be credited to qualifying accounts on the Thursday of the Freeroll week.
